Unresponsive

"I've emailed them multiple times. No response.
The tracking number sent a week ago hasn't changed from the label created.
Currently wondering if these guys are a real company.
Hopefully the parts show up one day and they are good parts.
None of the items I ordered were labeled as backordered.
My advice to them if they are a legit company. Hire a good customer service rep. One that will respond in 24 hours or less. That way your customers are put at ease with their purchases.

Awesome Tundra Tow Mirrors

"I received my new tow, power adjust, power close, Blind Spot monitoring, heated, with integrated turn signal, mirrors. I immediately installed them. Unlike the competition they fit perfectly, and everything works! No wind noise at all. I highly recommend this product for your Truck or SUV!"

"On repeated occasions I tried to make my purchases, they told me yes, but they did not apply the charge, then they had the doubt because my card is from Mexico and the delivery address was in MCALLEN TX United States, I explained the situation several times, since you do not They had shipments to Mexico and unfortunately on 3 occasions I was rejected."

worst experience with customer support I have ever had

"Order didn't work for our vehicle. I have been calling and emailing Top Gear Auto Spot for 4 months multiple times a week to try to get them to send us a return label so we can send the roof racks back. They keep saying they will send it within 1-3 days and we haven't received anything. It has been the most frustrating customer service experience of my life. "

Do NOT use this company!

"Ordered aftermarket electric mirrors for Ram 2500 to replace the one my husband hit in a tree. Only available in pairs :(
First they sent the WRONG part (manual, not electric; right part number on box, wring product in box). Then, after having to wait for weeks to get a label to send them back, they finally sent the electric mirrors. It’s now
Jan. 2022. We had them professionally installed, New Mirrors worked for about a week and then blew all of our electric controls (garage door opener, backup beeps, etc.)
Contacted top gear and they not only doubted us but requested a video of defective part not working from our professional mechanic- then, after another month- told us to send back for replacement BUT takes a minimum of 2 weeks to create a return label and send?? Did not return calls, returned emails sparingly- said “all other customers got working mirrors”. Now we had been without our truck for months!! Getting frustrated with lack of concern from company in solving our problem. Finally received an email that said “the higher ups and manufacturer said we will refund your money instead of sending a replacement. What now- no use of truck AND it has been out of commission since November. Thank god our Mechanic found other mirrors, and we returned their defective product. Electric controls are stilled messed up and the mistake of using Topgear may cost us even more now.
Asked about the refund?? “We have 30 days to refund you” ina very rude email. Only talked to one employee who was complacent the whole time. Zero customer care or understanding of urgency. Would not let me talk with higher-ups or manufacturer.
DO NOT USE , NOT RECOMMENDED! BUYER BEWARE!!

Horrible customer service, Spyder lights are junk!! jessie is a hateful, rude, & non-caring representative!

"So my kids purchased me a full replacement set of lights front and rear for my 2007 Dodge 2500. This was to be a Christmas gift 2021. I open the package on Christmas and don't get them installed until January. During install the front lenses were missing a plug adaptor to make them work correctly however I am good with soldering irons and heat shrink tubing and I made them work. The tail lights and LED adaptor worked fine. Move out to the middle of March and I was driving the truck down the highway when i applied brakes the interior warning bell dings to indicate a bad tail lamp. I was on the highway so I was unable to pull over right away. When I finally did get stopped the entire light assembly was gone. The brackets were broken off and the screws were still in place with the broken plastic. I called trying to get Jessie to warranty them as Spyder offers a 1 year warranty. Jessie said she would have to file a claim and it would take two days. I called back on the third day and she screened my call. I blocked my number and called immediately again and what do you know she answers. She then proceeds to tell me she hasn't gotten a claim from Spyder. I asked when would i know and she said maybe later today (Friday) or maybe Tuesday. I asked are you closed on Monday she stated no that she just wouldn't be there Monday. So i reach out to Spyder and ask them again about the lights. They assure me that they would warranty them through TopGearAuto if she filed the claim but that they would have to get the claim from her. Very disappointed in the lack of care or customer service from Jessie. She is unwilling for whatever reason to make any effort to help a customer who had spent $500 plus on a full set of LED lights. WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE EVER AGAIN. I will be certain to share this as far and wide as possible. The SPYDER Product is cheaply made and their Customer service **** also as they could care less that Jessie doesn't represent the SPYDER brand in a positive manner. "

Terrible customer service!

"The lady that received my call was very rude and short with words, I asked about a return I had sent off a week ago and have heard nothing. She yes it’s received last week and you’ll hear something next week and proceeded to hang up on me, She was very disrespectful! Shame on them! I recommend hiring new Customer Service person! For this reason alone I will not do business anymore!"

Received product on time and as promised

"I received my mirrors on time as promised. I wish I would have been able to talk to a customer service rep though. I tried every way they had and no response back.
The mirrors are a bit bigger than I thought they would be, however they fit my 2020 Tacoma as stated. Pro tip: when talking off the top small triangle on the inside, make sure you pull the tabs out of the door and put the on the back of the triangle before reinstalling or you will push them in the door frame to be lost for ever. You can find replacements on Amazon if this happens to you too.
I haven’t used them towing my camper yet but I feel they will be well worth it.

Poor quality of parts and zero customer service

"Bought $600 tow mirrors. Once installed the passenger mirror view was so enlarged it isn't functional. I could only see a 2 sqft area of view next to my truck driving down the road, which defeats the purpose of buying an oversized mirror to have a bigger view. They have not responded to messages left on their website message board, emails, or many phone calls. Half the time you can't leave a voice mail because it's full. Only option is to try and file a dispute claim to get my money back from these scammers."

"Took about 6 days what I ordered. Looks great what I was expected. Other then that I was satisfied. The only thing I did have trouble was getting through to talk to someone on the phone. But after a few tries they did answer. And I spoke to Jesse which she was very nice and helpful with me and answered all my questions. Thank you "
