"Ordered a Citizen Eco-Drive BU0011-63Zwatch from them. After a week it stopped working. I sent it back at my own expense. They argued with me about it not working. Refused to replace it or refund. I've been waiting months for them to ship the watch that doesn't work back to me so I can send it to Citizen to be repaired. "
“The watch was purchased September 19, 2017 and returned back to us on May of 2018 ( 8 months Later Not One Week ). It was a solar power watch that simply needed to be charged and was working perfectly fine after we charged it.
However just to be on the safe side, the watch was sent to the authorized repair center who also confirmed that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch and has kept the correct time for the few weeks that was in their possession. But the customer insisted on sending the watch again to the repair center for second opinion. Same results!
The watch was finally sent back to the customer however the package was returned back to us because recipient was available to accept the package. It was finally shipped the second time as requested by the customer with no signature required at delivery.
We have gone above and beyond what was required for this customer! We strongly believe that this was not about a defective watch, this was about making an excuse to get a refund or another watch after five months.
