I did not receive a purchase order number nor a tracking number. I will definitely not be ordering from this company again!"
"After looking for quite awhile I found a side table I liked at Ashley furniture but didn’t like the price and delivery cost. Then found the exact table at Totally Furniture for $150 dollars and the delivery charge was only $20 compared to $50. So yes I am very satisfied and would recommend them "
"I ordered a wooden Adirondack chair. It arrived with a broken back. Tyler responded to my email immediately and then let me know the manufacturer was sending a replacement chair. I received the second chair in perfect shape. Tyler explained I could keep the chair with the broken back that I was NOT to go to the trouble or expense of sending it back. I will now put together the lovely chair. The broken chair I will glue and share. Wonderful customer service from Tyler and Totally Furniture!!!

"I came across Totally Furniture while searching the Internet for a specific type of mid-century modern dining room chair. They had the exact chair I was looking for in a quantity of four, which was what I needed. The price was great, and my only concern was how long it would take to receive them. They ended up arriving in a little less than a week with no damage...perfectly fine.
I recommend these guys. Although I probably should support a local furniture store (I hate physical shopping though), It was really nice supporting a business not called Amazon."
"Had an over all horrible experience with this company. From ordering something in May, to it constantly being delayed and shipping date pushed back. Customer service was sub par with no clear answers or solutions. Finally decided to cancel order only to have to shell out over $400 in shipping fees etc. I wouldn’t bust anything from here again nor recommended anyone does. "
"Simple from the beginning - ordering online to putting the desk together. Was suppose to take two weeks or more to deliver, and was here in one. The desk is beautiful and only took me an hour to put together by myself. Pieces are clearly labeled and instructions / picture tutorial was clear. You won’t be disappointed. "
"I ordered a daybed with trundle from this company on June 1, 2021 with an estimated delivery of 2-10 business days. They processed my payment right away of course, sent tracking numbers on June 3, 2021. The tracking numbers were incorrect and had false information (according to Totally furniture it's not their fault). I took the day off from work to stay home and await delivery based on the tracking info I was given and updates claiming it was "out for delivery". I waited until about 8pm and still no delivery. When I called Totally Furniture, they washed their hands of it and said contact Fedex. I contacted Fedex and was told they had no idea where my shipment even was, probably on a truck somewhere. The shipment finally arrived late on June 10th. I had guests arriving in 2 days and needed to put this together (while very pregnant mind you). The boxes were undamaged and sealed. I began to open and lay out the pieces to assemble when we realized half the pieces were missing. I immediately called Totally Furniture and left a voicemail, no one EVER returned my call and I also sent an email. I needed beds for people to sleep in and the response from Totally Furniture was "you can return it but you're responsible for the cost of shipping and a restocking fee" of an item that they shipped me without the important parts to actually assemble. Totally furniture then told me the manufacturer will send me the "replacement parts". NOT Replacement parts, they were completely missing from the boxes. Totally Furniture said, we don't touch the boxes they come straight from the manufacturer, essentially washing their hands of the whole thing. I had to go out and purchase ANOTHER day bed and trundle so my guests had somewhere to sleep. I disputed the purchase with my credit card company to which Totally Furniture still claims they sent us all of the parts. Never received the missing parts now I'm out over $500 because I have a partial daybed and trundle that is not usable without paying someone to make the missing pieces and Totally furniture has completely abandoned the situation since they were able to lie and keep my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY! "

Found the tub on this site and ordered it and received it in about a week in good condition. Received good communication about the shipping company and when they would arrive. These bar stools were easy to assemble; my husband and I did not argue putting the stools together!! lol "

"We had been looking for a wine cabinet and my wife found this. We were going to wait to order as we were remodeling and would not need it for a while. But we decided to order since we thought it might take a while to ship from California but it was sold out . We then started looking at other sites and it was sold out. Finally found it at Totally Furniture for 40% less than the one we originally found. It arrived not long after we ordered them. Couldn’t be happier."
