"After hours and hours of searching for the perfect bed, I found it & ordered it fromTotally Furniture. Apparently when I put in my phone number for the order I made a one digit error , my bad. When the bed shipped the freight carrier was not able to reach me . They contacted the vendor and Totally Furniture sent me ONE email for immediate attention. Unfortunately I didn’t see the ONE email sent as there was an unforeseen death in our family & my email was the last thing on my mind. So the bed was shipped back to them. Totally Furniture made no other attempt to contact me. Now the price of the bed went up about $100 more and they won’t work with me on the shipping costs . I had to call them 4 times before anyone with any decision making power would talk to me. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. "

"I searched multiple furniture stores for a 66 inch hunter green vanity and a matching 42 inch vanity and found them on Totally Furniture. Regrettably the 66 inch was back ordered, yet Totally Furniture allowed me to place the order and delivered both pieces within two weeks, earlier than initially promised. "This company is a fraud. They charged me for goods that never came. They refused refund or replacement. This was supposedly a Fedex delivery. They claimed to be BBB Accredited on their site. But when I checked the BBB website to complain, their company could not be found as they list under Orlando, Florida or anywhere in the US. I am out $238 with no furniture delivered. It figures that they were the cheapest and only company with the inventory of the item I wanted!"
"I recently purchased a pub table and chairs, which required assembly upon arrival. Everything was in good condition with the exception of the table top, which had some damage, presumably incurred during shipment. I contacted Totally, provided a couple pictures of the damage and a new table top was sent immediately. We are very happy with this purchase and will not hesitate to reach out to Totally for our next furniture purchase."
"Totally furniture exceeded my expectations. Their prices were fair for the quality of the chairs received. Shipping was fast. There were no missing pieces (hint) look under the velcro part on the underside of the chair cushion and you will find all necessary bolts and parts if not easily seen in box.
