"I tend to stick to manufacturer's sites when I buy pretty much anything. When I got back from six years in Costa Rica, I quickly wanted to get another Peak, as I fondly remembered the great experience I had with it years ago. While I'll still enjoy the rare blunt, 95% of my consumption is now concentrates and if I find unusual flower, I'll usually vape that. Boo combustion. After fifty years of graduating from **** brown weed with stems and seeds to THC diamonds, deep terpene analysis and a huge selection of strains, I've found my home in concentrates. I've tried everything from bangers, nails and torches to fancy European vape rigs and have yet to find something that beats the Peak and now, Peak Pro. But I digress...
It came down to price and service. I searched for a Peak and one of my shopping plugins recommended To The Cloud. Got a new Peak for a significant discount. However, I also made the mistake of ordering spare atomizers from Amazon. They do not work on Peaks. I got the four flashes and called for customer support....it must be a battery issue. Turned out it was bad atomizers - the original worked perfectly. Exceptional customer service.
I soon understood the advantages of the Peak Pro, and ordered a pearl Peak Pro V2 from To The Cloud, again getting a nice discount. Combine their wide selection, full stock, and nice discounts, there's no reason to shop anywhere else for vape hardware."

“I think an unfortunate part of being in any business is problem customers. Of course in online retail we do everything in our power to assist our customers and resolve issues promptly. Thus why have grown over the years and been very successful. But with that growth every couple of months comes along a grifting piece of human garbage like Caleb who will go to great lengths to extort a small businesses.
Customer received a brand new and sealed item then tried to say it looked like it had been repackaged. The explanations were not coherent and reasoning was shifty. We do sell used , however there are multiple steps in place to ensure no one gets a used item when ordering new and even then it is very obvious the difference between new and used. I would have thought him to commit more to the bit. Our refurbished items are stored in a totally different location so this was not something of our concern and customer even substantiated the device being brand new with his own statements and photos (sealed, wrapped, etc.) . We then thought likely some light damage on a new item to which we are happy to take care of. We emailed him back with CCing Storz & Bickel on the email so they could offer some solace to the debacle ( to which he wanted to leave them out of it , possibly has tried a similar path with them ) When we offered to replace the new vaporizer with another new vaporizer. Customer demanded a $50 refund and then that we ship out a new $700 vaporizer before he sent this one back. Huge red flag. We told him we would need everything back first and he then of course threatened the "negative review" and said he would call his bank. We are now resolving this issue with arbitration.
Whatever you do in business. As upstanding as your organization may be and having had thousands upon thousands of very satisfied customers ...... There will be Caleb the Karen. Total losers who will try and leverage online reviews, bullying and harassment as a means to exploit and extort. It sucks but it is the world we live in. Caleb Sucks as as human and I hope he shops with our competitors ;) ”
