Tyler went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one.
He answered all my questions and provided loads of information on the product and it's accessories making sure that my order was processed accurately and quickly.

Now on to the Volcano - this item works just as intended with very little product used/wasted.
The time the unit takes to heat up is not as inconvenient as you might think.
Of all vape products out there, this is the most well put together design that looks as if it will hold up to many uses.
Bags are of good quality and will last quite a while.
Only issue with this item would be the price - given the demand and competition I think it would serve everyone best to bring the price down to about $400.
That being said - we are VERY happy with this item & think everyone should buy one!"

You could buy your device anywhere, but I chose To the Cloud Vapor Store because their customer service is phenomenal. A few months ago I found out about them, and sent an email expecting a response a few days later... inquiring how the renting a device worked. I got an email within the hour...
