The price was right for sure ($380 as opposed to $500), but the product arrived absolutely filthy. The bag that came pre-attached to the solid valve leaked, as did the valve itself. Upon looking up a video for cleaning tips, I got it all apart and cleaned it up. Was pretty simple, only needed soap, water, and alcohol. After cleaning it up, it works great! I'm still satisfied with the product, but I am a bit disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Overall, I still recommend buying this. It's dirty, but it's cheap so you get what you pay for so-to-speak. Functions fine.

Product ceased functioning after a few weeks. RMA was simple, they even sent a label to me when it was to be picked up since I couldn't print and don't have a smart phone to scan things with (or even check e-mail for that matter). Product was exchanged and the new one came with a nice case, more bags, a brush, some extra screens, and an extra of the smaller o-rings for the valve. Valve setup arrived dirty again. No biggie... cleaned it up. Unit does function, but I have to raise the temperature way beyond the previous one (which matched the temperature setting of a new one a friend of mine owns), indicating to me that this particular unit might not be capable of vaporizing concentrates without being dismantled and recalibrated... I rarely use them, so I'm going to deal with it for now. But this unit is actually NOT properly functioning upon arrival here.
Their shipping method is quite time consuming for what is honestly not the biggest hassle if it can be addressed quickly... however FedEx takes more than a week to cross the country... and them having to do it three times so far in this case isn't helping.
Overall I've been quite happy with Customer Service and how they've attempted to help me. The product itself though I am quite displeased with overall. I highly recommend against buying a used Volcano. That's not to say a new one isn't absolutely amazing! But so far my experience with used is not a good one. If this one fails... they can have it back and not send another. It's too expensive to keep playing the RMA game until I luck out on a decent unit.
EDIT: Around 4 hours after receiving it, and less hours using it the unit no longer heats up enough to function. As mentioned above it started out requiring a higher temperature setting, and I had to increase it consistently as we went. I reached the maximum setting and it seemed to perform properly one time, but thereafter it just couldn't seem to heat up enough. I'll be putting in a request for my money back to put toward a new one elsewhere."
