Damaged Box of Cards Shipped

"I ordered two starter decks from the LOTR TCG Black Rider series. One of them was OK. The other had gotten wet and the cards were moldy and stuck together. I managed to get them apart and cleaned up. But was very disappointed in the deck, especially after paying $10 plus shipping. And it was not something that was hidden. A quick glance at the box would have revealed that it was damaged."

Please stay away from this company...nothing but disappointment!

"Please stay away from this company. This was the first and last time I will ever try to order anything from them. I placed a pre-order in June for an action figure for my son. It was to ship the end of June release date. After several emails back and forth I was told it would be released in July...and now they say August. Amazingly enough, even though toywiz claims it hasn't been released to them yet from Neca, I found one for $2 more on another website. No pre-order needed. It will arrive in less than a week! So, I just emailed toywiz to cancel my order!!!"

"Nobody contacted me, 1 week gone after the order made, only receive automatic emails with “call us and we will ask your cv2 code of your card”. Looks like scam, do not recommend!"

Terrible customer service

"I purchased a set of items last July that was meant to ship in January via PayPal. The item finally shipped in MAY and i had forgotten about it till i received the shipping notice. I immediately contacted them as i has moved to ship it to the correct address even said if you contact ups now it can be changed to the new address. They said they’d wait till it’s returned to them to forward it. UPS left the package at my old address and ToyWiz response was to go knock on the door to get it back. Now because Paypal only refunds money for 180 days they shipped the item 5 months late i am out 130$. "

Highly disappointed

"So I purchased a Marvel Funko Mystery Box from ToyWiz. Although it took a little longer to receive than other boxes from other companies that it not what made me give this 1 star. The box of pops came shipped in another box which is what you expect, but I was expecting a variety of pops from across the whole marvel universe. Instead, 4 of the 6 pops were from Spiderman gamerverse, one thor ragnarok and one infinity war. Plus I am pretty sure that they look inside the boxes before they ship them because mine what retaped on the bottom. Will not buy from this company again."

Simply a Well-Run Business

"I had an incredibly easy time ordering online from ToyWiz. I collect sports trading cards and have been looking for some specific retail packs and boxes of cards from the 2018 NFL Panini Prizm series with little success elsewhere. I found ToyWiz, and “WOW”, they have an excellent selection of cards (with all of the items I have been looking for also!) with reasonable prices. This is what I want in an on-line reseller. I can’t wait to receive my order. And I will definitely always check ToyWiz in the future when I’m purchasing more cards. "

Horrible company

"I would give 0 but not an option. This company is a joke. I ordered a Batman 75th anniversary funko for my husband under the assumption that I’m buying one that doesn’t declare it as a “damaged package,” but low and behold when it arrives they barely packaged it with any support, just a simple piece of bubble wrap not even wrapped around the funko and immediately my husband starts to pick out flaws. I get things won’t be perfect but my husband and I have bought funkos online from other buyers that were in WAY better condition than this one, I would lean to say almost perfect. I call the next morning to explain that I didn’t purchase one that said “damaged” but yet I received a damaged one and the gentleman told me that I would have to send this one back and they would resend a new one in better condition. So I printed the shipping label and sent it in the mail. A week past and I heard nothing from this company. I call Wednesday to check the status and a lady answers and tells me they have not received the package. Ok so I told her I’d check the tracking and get back to her. It was delivered two days prior so I call back and tell her it was delivered and she tells me someone will get back to me by email within 24 hours. I get an email this morning stating they are issuing a refund that should be back on my card in a week. I call back and ask why I’m receiving a refund when I clearly was told a new one would be shipped out and this rude lady tells me that no where in the notes was anything said about issuing a new funko. At that point I was done and I’m taking the refund so I can give it to someone who will go out of their way to make a customer happy. I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TOYWIZ! The company is a joke and looking at other reviews I’m not the only unsatisfied customer.

Not A Happy Customer

"I purchased two of the same toy products from TW recently, and I am extremely unhappy with the condition of one out of the two. One of them was severely damaged (huge rip in the plastic seal), and they both arrived quite dusty and dirty. Right after I placed my order, I had sent them a message to ask if they could package the toys securely, as I like to collect things in it's original form. No reply. The packaging was acceptable, but it would have been nice to have customer service confirmation for peace of mind. Also, don't trust their website on how many of an item is "in stock", they use tactics like 'Only 1 left!' to apply a sense of urgency. This was a purchase I have definitely regretted, and will no longer be a returning customer. "

"The most disregard customer support you can wish for. Twice they just deleted my refund request without explaining anything. Packed my figure in a simplest ziplock with any protection, it was also tight and broke two pieces of figure. Figure itself was overprices, my bad for buying from them but I found the same one twice as cheaper.
