"Easy ordering, wish the site provide better resolution images of the parts items (some images are really blurry/pixelated).

What would make the site better is if it incorporated the parts diagrams from the FSM, since some parts have the same name, but there's multiple of them. For instance: gaskets for exhaust pipe, there's multiple sections that require gaskets, and the gasket is different depending on which section you need the gasket for, but all the gaskets are named the same: "gasket, exhaust pipe".

Customer service lacking

"Had parts questions. Called and pre-recorded message told me that parts questions can only be answered through email. Emailed twice, no response, waited several business days. Tried chat function, chat function just told me to email, email still gets no response. Finally called and selected other option so I could speak to someone. The person I spoke to was in a hurry and had no interest in assisting. I just decided to order the part and return it if its wrong. Definitely poor customer service. "

Expensive shipping charges

"Spent $200 dollars on parts and get charged 15% ($30) for shipping. Its 2019 and online orders are the new norm, standard shipping should be free if you spend over a certain limit. "
