"I ordered a part from this company in February of 2024. The drawings of the parts were so small that they could not really be identified. I ordered what I thought was the right part but when it arrived it was the very wrong part. I also received an email informing me that the carrier would not deliver unless I paid an additional shipping fee. The box that it was shipped in was extremely damaged and when I opened the box the part was wrapped well but upon seeing that it was not the part I needed, I started the process of trying to get a refund. Everything was set, I received a return form for the box, which I had to repair with duct tape to make it useful as I had no box of that size. The cost of the return was $90 for shipping and a few days later I received confirmation of the company having received my return. Several weeks passed and I had to contact them and they told me my return was refused because they had not received it. I sent pictures of the acceptance from their end, sent them pictures of everything that they asked for regarding the return. They said they would review the request and if I wanted the part back I would have to pay the addition shipping charge. I told them I did not want the part and that I wanted a refund. I received the part back. A part I did not need in the first place, a part that should have been returned but they said no to. I do not recommend you try to buy anything from this company. I am retired and I had to spend over $425 for a part I didn't need in the first place. This company is not reputable nor do they deal fairly with their customers."
