Their rep directed me to the part number and ensured me it was correct. When I finally got the part, it was wrong and did not fit in the location it was intended for.
I began the return process but they denied my return multiple times and refused to take responsibility for the mistake made by their representative. There are so many other ways to get Toyota parts, I would recommend staying away from these guys due to poor customer"
