"I've purchased from TPD before which is why I came back. Unknown why, this time my order was taking more than 5 days in a 'Processing' status. I contacted them on their phone where the lady who answered stated that the part was shipping out today ad I would get an e-mail when it did -- it never did. Next day I sent an e-mail for status of the order and told them I wanted to cancel if the part had not shipped by EOD. They came back with this:
"Thank you for ordering your part(s) with us. We would like to inform you that we have ordered the parts (which are listed below) from the Toyota Parts Center to complete your order. We will ship out the order in its entirety once we have all the parts.
If your order takes longer than the estimated time of availability given below, we will send an email update to keep you up to date on the status of your order. Please contact us if you have not received an updated email after the given date"
This was 5-days after the part was ordered. So this means they just placed the order 5-days later. I should have order from Amazon. I would have received it already."
