"Overall it was a great experience. The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful when I called, and got the parts very fast- like the next day. Only reason for not giving a 5 star review is the cost. I thought all Toyota dealerships would be the same for parts since I ordered through the Toyota website. I checked with the dealership closer to my house and it would have been around $700 less expensive for the same parts. Totally my bad for not checking, which is why I am just giving an average rating. It was a good experience, but it the future I will go back the other dealership."

"I had just placed an order for parts online. Within 10 minutes I received a call from autoparts.toyotaofredlands.com warning me about a possible error in the order. On review I noted that there was n unnecessary duplicate in the order I placed. Instead of having to cancel the order myself, "service" cancelled the erroneous order and placed a new one on my behalf and confirmed the updated order via email. Service became aware and I had a brief and to the point telephone conversation with my service manager who set up a tentative date for the repairs. I am very appreciative of the efficiency and prompt help of the parts department of Toyota of Redlands. Thank you"
