"I ordered three parts on the internet and only two pieces were delivered. There was a packing list on the outside of the box that showed the two parts that were shipped. No indication why I didn't receive the third part. My online order confirmation shows three parts ordered and that I was charged for all three parts. I called the parts department at Gladstone Toyota only to learn that they didn't actually box and ship my order. That is handled at some regional warehouse somewhere. The gentleman that I spoke to at Gladstone was very helpful and told me that he could look up my order. Turns out that the third piece was back ordered and I should receive it in 2-3 weeks. No indication via e-mail or within that pack list that noted the part was on back order. It would have been a lot more convenient and saved time to have simply noted the back ordered part on the pack slip like most businesses do."
