"Finding parts by nomenclature or description is always a longshot. Many parts have a details page that often includes an expanded assembly drawing. Is there any indication on these drawings as to which part is currently in question? No, never is a part currently being viewed get highlighted within its respective assembly drawing. The only method to confirm I've found the correct part I need is by copying and pasting the part number into Google.com and searching it. It's seriously a big pain in the @$$.
After painstakingly putting my order together, I get stuck in check-out process because the webpage would not add my credit card and advance to the next and final step in the ordering process. This was a very stressful experience as I was trying to submit an order before the promotion for Cyber Monday stopped at midnight, which was less than 90 minutes away.
I thought "maybe a cookie issue" but I played with all the privacy and security settings of my browser. No solution was found. I tried with mobile and PC browsers, both behaved equally glitched. Ready to give up, I typed my card number, expiration, and CCV. Next, clicked on shipping method to change from pickup to ship-to-home. The page began to refresh and I expected my card info to reset once again. But It worked, it finally saved my card info. I changed my shipping back over to pickup from dealership and I was finally able to complete my order.
As gathered, that was end-of-day on Monday. I did not receive a sales invoice from the dealership until two days later on Wednesday. I log in to the dealer website to check my order status. I find that it's on hold. I send out a quick email to the dealer that is simple, polite, clear and concise. It's now Saturday and I've still not gotten an answer. I'm nearing the point of canceling everything."
