"My overall experience was great with the Parts Department (Especially, Samson)! "
"I was ordering parts from California with shipping and marked up cost found that I could order online and pickup at my closest dealerships markup per bolts that I needed were $4.00 more if you were to call dealership and pickup but if you order online I saved like almost $32.00 as the bolts were only $1.48 online compared to $5.48 per bolt and as for shipping it would have cost another $10.00 I learned this from sales person thanks great deals."
"Ordered parts online for a great price. Was able to pick up the next day, in and out in 5 minutes. "
"Easy online order. Was able to pick up in (1) day."

"Ordered part for my Toyota. Great experience when picking up the part, and friendly service. Overall, great experience with this Toyota dealer. "
"DIYer rebuilding a frs and have been buying parts from here for a while now and came to do my last order of parts and cant search diagrams anymore, there is no pictures of the parts, nothing useful for navigating parts, luckily i had emailed my cart to myself a month or two ago and was able to copy paste most of the 25 part numbers but a few of them would not come up and there is no more diagrams to go through to find the parts i need,, just making it harder for people to access parts to repair their own cars,,, i will no longer be purchasing parts from this Toyota anymore, simply because they closed the door. "
"Very knowledgeable and helpful staff"

"Parts easy to find and payment processed easily."
"Limiting DIY repair by routing everything through techstream is a low down dirty trick. It is basically denying the world from practicing “THE RIGHT TO REPAIR” , a right that every person in the world should have the right. you’ve (Toyota) been implementing the exclusion of user involvement in repairing their vehicles since the introduction of “life of the vehicle” transmission fluid that can’t be checked because there isn’t a dip stick, instead, you concocted a very technical procedure that isn’t readily available to the general public. I am a master Toyota technician who was once proud to work for Toyota, but you’ve changed, lost your integrity. "
"Easy to find and good pricing"
"1985 supra and you can still buy new parts to keep it original"
