The end result was worth the wait - it looked like a brand new vehicle. Michelle did a great job working with the insurance company to receive payments so they could proceed and she was consistently fighting and advocating for me, which makes me feel extremely valued as a customer. While the process was a lot longer than I expected and hoped for, I would recommend because of the end result."

"Greenville Toyota (Greenville, SC) appraised my 2006 Toyota Highlander Limited Hybrid on Wed, Feb 7, 2024. The appraiser took off in my SUV, and returned stating that the rear wheels were making a noise, thus he provided a ridiculously low appraisal value of $1,500 for this one owner, very clean and well taken care of SUV. At first I was concerned, but I quickly looked at the instrument cluster, and I saw that this silly person took off in my SUV with the Parking Brake on, and drove it for a test drive with the Parking brake on the entire time. I was disgusted, so I shared what happened with the gentleman that waited on me. I guess that I could look at it - as saving me a lot of money. I have decided to not buy a new RAV4 hybrid at Greenville Toyota. "

"The service department charges a shop supply fee equivalent to 10 percent of bill . I wouldn’t have such an issue if any cleaning products , paper towels or Solvent to remove foam glue pads from old weights were used .
