"Much better pricing than the local dealer but shipping can eat into the savings if you don't have a large order. If ordering many items, it definitely pays to shop here. A subsequent order was improperly adjusted before shipping to me but the staff admitted their mistake and promptly shipped me the correct part.

"These guys are the real deal. I ordered a bunch of interior trim pieces from them, not something that gets ordered often. One of the pieces was huge, probably 2 by 5 feet. They could not use Canada Post for that, but got a local carrier to deliver for the same price. Also, the shipping speed was quite decent considering how unusual this part is.
They also corrected a part number as it was recently superseded by Toyota, so I received the updated one.
Overall, very pleased to find a Canadian vendor like that. I used to order from a dealer in US, but they recently stopped shipping to Canada. Toyotapartsdirect.ca offers comparable pricing and there's no hassle with the duty, etc..
