"The rear window of my car jammed open. I ordered a regulator from TPD. I received it a week and a half later. I removed the old one and it was perfect. The problem was the window. I had to return the regulator and order a window. No window was available to order from TPD and they charged me a 20% restocking fee for the regulator. So, I have lost everything that I saved and more. If you have to order from them, be sure of what you need because they are waiting for you at the crossroad. "
