"I have been using eBay for over 1,000 transactions, now, and was admittedly reluctant to try another auction site. My experience with my Tradesy transaction was very pleasant and flawless. If I had any suggestions about how to improve the website, it would be that I, personally, would like to be able to research sellers and their previous transactions in greater detail. Maybe it is just the fact that I am more used to using eBay, but I feel much more "blind" when planning a Tradesy transaction. It seems that only the bare minimum info is available, and in my opinion, if you stepped up your game a little, Tradesy could be a more serious contender in the auction race. Please give us buyers more resources? ....and these comments in no way should reflect upon my transaction. The seller was great, item delivered on time, and the experience was great. "

"As a customer I find it difficult to shop because you leave up so many items that are already 'sold'...these sold items should be removed within a couple of days. I've seen them left up for months.
I am very pleased with every aspect as a Seller. But if you don't improve this problem and make it easier for the buying customer, it doesn't help me as a seller. Please remove the clutter. I find when I'm looking for something to buy I get frustrated quickly and stop shopping.
I also would like to see an added category for 'Tall'. I see several Tall items but they are very difficult to find. Lots of good brands sell Tall sizes...like, j crew, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor...

"As a. User, the pictures doesn't catch my eyes unless I already know the product. As a seller , I spend time working on my pictures/photoshop/covers, then the pixel got messed up and or modified. I work all my life in Marketing and I love take pictures, one of the reasons why o sell online. Poshmark gives more followers/buyers and pictures wise is on us.
I like the idea because seems to be really high quality, but purchase moves really slow."
