BUT............... YOU MADE me take a credit instead of a return..... SO I WAS FORCED to use that credit towards other items. ONE.... Chanel earring. Are you kidding me. I looked back at the page where it described the earring and it did not say... THIS IS ONE EARRING. Who wants one earring. NOT ME !!! ALSO.... I had ordered the Michael Kors bag. It was supposed to be shipped out immediately.... in April. I just received the bag a few days ago.... It was lost ??? I don't know.... but it was a very long time getting what I had expected to received. After getting the bag.... It was not declared that the inside of the bag is badly stained with ink. I have never and would never have or carry a bag with conditions like this. This is not acceptable. I was asked to take pictures yesterday of the problem and I have done that. I EXPECT a return label and a return on my account for this bag. I have not had a good experience with your company. It is not a way that I do business. I am very disappointed in Tradesey. If it were my company I would want to have repeat customers. You will not have me be a repeat customer unless you make this right. ALSO... I was told my Julie that I would received 10% off of my next order..... AND.... my last order was that order..... I DID NOT RECEIVE A 10% off and that was a large order. WHERE WAS THE 10% OFF ????? Very bad business !!!! "
