more than month now and item i bought is not here yet....

"I am quite disappointed with the tradesy Customer Service. I called them and ask for a refund of the item I bought last February 25, 2016, and as of this note the item has not arrived yet.
I called in Tradesy CS for a refund, but they stated that the post office updated the item's whereabouts today (march 29, 2016). I wanted a refund because it has been more than a month, and I called tradesy for assistance on this matter but they just told me to wait.
I have been waiting for over a month, and I think they should either give me my money back.
It is not my fault if the item got lost in the mail, but for the CS to give me a hard time on refunding my money? I don't think so...
I have bought a few stuff on Tradesy and all of them arrived on time with no problem. So what's up with this one item?
I think I am entitled to get a refund right???
Customer Service is my main complain, they should have the common sense to refund the customer especially if the item got lost in the mail.
Tradesy itself is a nice site to purchase high end stuff for a cheap price.

You'll get your purchase...someday.

"My issue with Tradesy is the length of time it takes to recieve an order. Since sellers have to wait for their shipping kit to be mailed to them before they mail you your order it takes a looong time. I have had nothing but positive experiences from the sellers themselves, but Tradesy needs to figure out a more efficient way of getting orders to their customers. I made 7 separate orders from Poshmark days after I placed an order on Tradesy and got all 7 Poshmark orders days before I recieved my Tradesy order. The only time I got an order off Tradesy quickly was when the seller mailed it to me without waiting for the shipping kit. One shipping kit took so long to get to another seller that she ended up giving up and mailing it herself. Not very good service to customers or sellers by Tradesy IMO. "

We greatly appreciate your feedback and apologize in the delay in receiving your items. Sellers have the ability to ship using multiple methods of shipment:

1) Tradesy Shipping Kit - Typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive to the seller
2)Tradesy Shipping Label - Seller can access this label as soon as the buyer has paid for the item
3) Seller ships using own materials - Seller ships out as soon as they are able

On future purchases, I would highly recommend contacting the seller in order to determine how they plan to ship, prior to purchasing the item from them. This should give you a more accurate expectation of the delivery of your item.
