"My first order with Tradesy went great. No issues, shipped within days, and the item was just as described. So of course I ordered again! This item still was not shipped after two weeks. I finally got a hold of the seller and they said Tradesy had not sent the shipping kit so there was nothing they could do. I contacted Tradesy and got no response. I then contacted google purchase protection and they contacted Tradesy. Tradesy refunded me right away but still never personally contacted me, even through an automated email. I have no idea why the shipping kit was not sent and I did not get an item that was was looking forward to for almost a month while this process was going on."
