"Our treadmill was acting up. My husband's diagnosis led him to believe the motor was overheating, so we ordered one from Treadmill Doctor. It arrived, was installed for a day, and did not solve the problem. On calling Treadmill Doctor, he found that it was the walk belt that was the issue, so he ordered one from them. We got the RMA# from them, sent the motor back, and got our refund. The walk belt arrived, and we have every confidence it will solve the problem. "I had a Los Angeles based gym equipment repair shop come to repair my treadmill, and they referred me to Treadmill Doctor to buy my parts. They first diagnosed a bad motherboard, and Treadmill Doctor shipped me an upgraded board for my model, because it was probably over 10 years old. But that didn't fix the problem, so the repair technician diagnosed a bad motor. I returned the motherboard and Treadmill Doctor was kind enough to give me a credit towards the price of the motor, and shipped me an upgraded motor for my treadmill. That still didn't fix the problem, so I returned the motor and Treadmill Doctor gave me a credit for the motor. They had charged me return fees for both parts, and since the repair technician couldn't repair my treadmill, they gave me a credit for both return fees they had previously charged. They were very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process.

"I have a 2005 Sole F83 treadmill that had a bad motor control board. I ordered one from Treadmill Doctors and received it 3 days later. While it did solve the issue of the treadmill not moving it also had a new issue where the incline didn't work and displayed an error message That it didn't have prior. After checking connections etc I determined that the new board must have a problem.
I called Treadmill Doctors and spoke with their Tech and after I walked him through the symptoms he Immediately said he was sending out another control board. It arrived again in 3 days with prepaid shipping for the defective board and the RMA to return the part. I installed the new replacement board and everything worked normally.
I was impressed by how quickly the rep made the call to send out the replacement board plus they sent along some belt lube free. I will definitely use Treadmill Doctors again should the need arise.
