"My wife recently got a new car and I wanted to make sure we where taking extra care to preserve the interior. We purchased the rear trunk cover. I like how it covers the back of the back seat and has a bathtub like sides. The extra length also protects the bumper if needed and provides cover when the back seat is folded down.
We also purchased the back seat cover for when we are traveling and using the rear cargo area. It provides a nice hammock for the dogs. We got the door covers too and it really makes a cocoon. Everything installs easily and cleans up well. Finally the small issue we had with our seat cover was quickly resolved very professionally by the customer support team. In particular Camille was very helpful. "

A few days ago I noticed that the seams on one side , I chatted with Camille Tolentino she listened to my problem and said even though it was just out of warranty she would do her best to help. I sent her pictures of our bead and the next day she let us know that they would be replacing it and would email us when it shipped,fantastic we are in our late 70’s and hard pressed to have to repurchase. "We recently purchased the Large Memory Foam Dog Bed for our new golden retriever puppy. On day 1, our puppy went right to it and immediately made it her "safe" place to sleep and rest. Unfortunately we noticed that there was a small hole in the seam. I contacted Customer Service (Michelle Figueroa) and a replacement cover was sent immediately. So far I have been very pleased with the prompt assistance provided by Michelle."
"I bought this bed recently due to the ad that said it was indestructible. Well within 5 minutes my miniature dachshund destroyed it. He’s still a puppy, so I’m working on the chewing habit. Anyway, needless to say I was upset spending almost $200 on a bed and it ended up not being indestructible. I emailed customer service right away and Hazel Ashford helped me. After sending a few pictures to confirm what I said was true, she mailed a whole brand new bed at no cost of me. My dogs love their bed completely, and although it isn’t indestructible it’s a really good bed. Now once I train the puppy to stop chewing there will be a brand new bed for him to have. "I cannot say enough about this company and the “Pet Lounge”! We received our lounge two days after placing the order. When I ordered on line my invoice did not reflect the 60% off but this was handled almost immediately with help from Hazel Ashford in Customer Service.
We have been searching for a quality bed for our 9 year old Staffordshire Terrier that helps with her hip and elbow issues. This bed is “the bomb”! We have returned several beds due to poor quality. Other beds were torn or useless in no time at all. This bed seems indestructible and I adore the fact that the cover can be easily removed to wash. The memory foam pad is thick and solid.
