"I purchased the Pup Lounger for our English Springer Spaniel. She would not use the bed so we saved it as a spare. My sons dogs are hear for a couple weeks. Both the dogs have used the Treat a Dog bed for about 5 days. The corner of the bed has pulled loose along the full width of the bed. The stitching is inferior. Will never purchase anything from Treat a Dog. "
"I recently ordered an orthopedic bed for my German Shepherd. I put it together and realized it had a tear at the seam in front of the bed. I wrote to Treat A Dog immediately to tell them about the defect and received a prompt response back. Michelle Figueroa was always prompt in responding to my email questions. She offered to send another bed out for my pet and keep the other one due to the inconvenience. This is awesome and usually unheard of these days. I have to say this has been the best Customer Service experience I've had in a really long time. This is my new favorite company and certainly plan to order other items for my pet and vehicle and recommend you all to my friends that have pets. Also, I'd like to add that the bed is quality made. As soon as I took k it out of the box, I could tell it was a quality bed, better then I thought, however it had a section of stitching that was missing.
