"I ordered a camera online, like any normal online purchase. Not too long later, I got a call from Tristate, asking if I needed a memory card because the camera doesn't come with one. I declined, because I already have one. I get why they do this, not only is it an up-sell for them, but they've probably received feedback in the past that indicates people also needed memory cards. The guy also asked if i wanted a protection plan or a camera case. I declined the case, but I did take him up on the offer for the protection plan. I don't normally buy protection plans, but I felt it was at a good price. And that was it for the call. He said he would put it out for delivery right away, and to my surprise, I got the camera the next day! From NY to MD.
So all-in-all, it was a decent experience. And the guy was not doing high pressure sales on the phone either. No guilt trips, no scare tactics...he was a decent dude! I would buy from them again."
