"It didn't have to be this way. i made a hasty purchase and wanted more time to think about it so i quickly cancelled. While that might have been a minor inconvenience on their end, i made sure to tackle it before they actually processed or shipped my order. after battling the service lines, i got uncomfortably questioned about my cancellation and kinda shamed for it by the guy on the phone as if i had personally offended the man. It took over a week for them to cancel and refund my money even tho the order hadn't even been processed. I was also informed I wouldn't be receiving any kind of cancellation receipt. this is the first bad review I've ever had to leave... decided to pay a little extra elsewhere after that. i should have listened to the other reviews...
