Not what I expected and probably not worth saving $200 but the camera is great and works perfectly. They did call for the upsell but not a hard sell at all. I declined and they thanked me for my order. Very positive experience if you know what you’re getting into. So thumbs up if you’re cool with an international version."

"Overall they got my new camera to me very fast and I was very happy. Once I got my camera I went to charge the battery to find that I was sent a broken charger that had the flashing yellow issue. This is a brand new camera and all parts were new. I had to go and get a replacement charger from the store since I needed the camera for the weekend. Called customer service on Monday to get a new charger and the person was not friendly and didn't seem to care that I received a broken charger. He gave me a return request to fill out then shipp back to them. I have now paid for both my camera to be sent to me and to send it back. I should not have had to pay to send back a broken charger when you order something new you expect it to work and only pay one time shipping. In all the camera itself is great and there shipping department is nice but their customer service needs work."
