"My experience with TriState was good overall, but I was frustrated that for some reason it took almost three (3) days to process my credit card payment. I placed the order early on Monday and didn't receive confirmation, then Tuesday was a Jewish holiday and they were working with a skeleton crew apparently and Wednesday I received an email stating that my payment had a problem. Not sure even now why, as when I called TriState, the rep asked for my payment info again, everything was fine and went through. During this time I was concerned as I needed the camera for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday party on Saturday. Hence, had to pay a shipping charge of $25.75 to have it on-time. So much for "free" shipping. The camera, for the week I've had it, is wonderful. Thank you!"
