"I googled to find a great deal on a camera for my dad for Father's Day. The price was awesome. The online ordering super simple. The site recommends 3 day select shipping for a steep up charge, but I wanted to ensure I had the camera in time. To my surprise it legitimately arrived the next day, except it was sent ground...the free option. So I've paid for a premium service but the bottom service was used. I feel as if they felt comfortable enough with the timeing to send it ground when I paid for 3 day, the. They should have alerted me to that fact & refunded me a portion of my shipping fee.
When I opened the box I was shocked to see that it had already been opened, all of the factory seals were broken. They've yet to respond to my emails regarding this.
I guess it's true, you get what you pay for - except when it comes to shipping. "
