"Had to be called about an item that showed in stock on the site but wasn't actually in stock. A day after ordering they called and offered to swap it out with a similar item, which I confirmed the exact name of, but when it arrived it was something entirely different. Looking back at their website, the item in question still shows up as being in stock.

Shipping was through DHL/USPS which took several days longer than I would expect (it took DHL 2 days to get it to USPS).

Update: I was contacted regarding my review and provided the chance to discuss the problem. He was very attentive to my situation and was able to ship me a comparable item. Again, it took some time to receive it."
