"Ordered the Canon XA30. On the day it was to be delivered the customer service called me to say it wouldn't be arriving. Tried to blame it on UPS, but could not produce a tracking number. Rather than continue to try and fulfill the existing order, Carl, the customer service rep, wanted me to re-order the item through the website again. Basically TriSTate didn't have in stock and had to order from the manufacturer. Of course I could have bought through Canon in the first place too; but Canon was on backorder as well. So, whats the point in re-ordering an item from a secondary dealer who is out of stock?
I called the bank and the origninal sale was still pending. I had to cancel the original order through the bank myself to release the funds. Order through Wal-mart and had in a couple days.
