I wish their packaging is bit better as it's cold weather and items when I received were very cold and was bit nervous about the moisture on lense glass. But all worked well without any issues. "They list stuff as being in stock but then don't attempt to contact you about overselling or it being on back order. After submitting a ticket, i got a reply fairly quickly, however, they said they tried to call me, which is not the case. I have no record of a call from them at all. I was asked if I wanted to cancel or keep it on back order and was told that it would be 2-3 weeks for it to come back in stock. It's a month and they have not attempted to update me or reply to my status update request. I've since cancelled my order and have not received a confirmation yet. I'll give them a couple of days to respond and give them a call or reverse charges."
