"The team is very helpful when it comes to you spending your money... Once your money is spent you get crickets. The product i received was without defect but it was missing a small accessory... but still I would have anticipated being able to get at least one response to my multiple emails regarding the accessory that was missing from my order. A week passed and after 3 emails with no response I chalked it up as a loss. Luckily all I was missing was a lens hood that was easily purchased from someone else and not very expensive.

Apparently the customer service person I worked with initially in regards to my order could not help with the missing item issue so she just ignored my emails. Eventually it was passed along... matter still pending resolution. "
