"I received the camera in a timely manner and it does have a US warranty. The webpage was not very helpful in telling me whether the item was being processed or had shipped and I couldn't contact anyone over the weekend even though the web page said they were open on Sundays. Phone message should have told me they were not answering on weekends instead of just switching me to extensions that cut me off. It turned out they had shipped on Friday and a received the camera on Tuesday. I just would have like to have known that."
