"Didn’t hear from tristate after placing my order. Checked pricing again online and saw the camera had dropped in price at tristate and their competitor. I called to get a status on my order from 4 days earlier. I was told it shipped. They did match the price drop on my purchase A+ . However, after my call I started getting email confirmations on the order and it was clear it had not shipped. The camera arrived in great condition but half the docs and camera body cap was missing. I called again and was told it would be sent out in 3 days. I just received today after a 10 day wait. Service is key and when I called the service was excellent and friendly but what I called on could have been avoided if people are paying attention to details. I bought a new camera that clearly had been gone through with the missing manuals and body cap. Maybe I got an open box when I ordered a new camera. The point is, I don’t know if it was new or open box. I am on the fence if I’d order from them again. The saving grace is they did their best to make it right when I called. "
