However, even though the camera was listed as BRAND NEW, the original manufacturer's box was not in prime condition. Granted, the website clearly states that no Shoulder Strap is included, it's confusing why that's the case, because you see it available at other retailers. Fortunately, the price was worthwhile at TriState."
