"I ordered a thermometer from this company. It was the lowest price I found online. It arrived about eight days after I ordered it. I was not able to track the order, however. The only communication I got from the company was an email with "Shipped" in the subject line. There was no other information in the email. Communication was disappointing, but the product was new in its package and it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time."

"Ordered Saturday with expensive 2-day shipping. Still not shipped Monday at noon. Called customer service, no answer. Online site offered no status other than order received. No on-line cancel. Submitted customer service service inquiry regarding "How do I cancel?". I put a freeze on my credit card. Hours later they tried to charge my card. Then I received an email saying my order was cancelled. By this time I had already ordered the item cheaper and it arrived Thursday with free shipping. Overall, this retailer is not setup well to handle online orders. Online is 7x24 and while j respect some who close on the Sabbath, expedited shipping is worthless if it takes days for a retailer to SHIP THE ITEM. Response time is everything and I needed this product to replace a broken one that's important for my work from home duties."
