Ordered Friday afternoon, received on Wednesday. Camera is a genuine product, just gray market from another country, so no manufacturer warranty. TriState claims they have their own warranty, but I don't plan on testing it out. "

"It took 5 days and an email to the merchant to get my product. With all due respect, the item came before the deadline on the shipping but the did not ship the item for 5 days. Item came as described. My email to the merchant was returned within 1 day. That was also the day they shipped the item. "

"After I place my order, I decided to check reviews of TriState Camera. I was concerned to discover they were labeled as a potential Gray Market vendor. I didn't know what that was, did a little research, and became concerned with my order. I did also see that the company has lots of positive ratings...so I simply E-Mailed them with specific questions regarding my order to alleviate my concerns. I have heard that some big companies also deal with gray market items but they clearly label them as such so you could decide for yourself if an "international" item for less money was what you wanted. The reply to my specific questions appeared to be "shady", either intentionally or unintentionally. They were vague and did not clarify or address my concerns. For this reason I cancelled my order out of caution."
