"They had the best deal for what I was looking for and I placed an order on Monday.

Days went by and the web site didn't show it was ever being shipped nor did I get an e-mail stating it had been shipped. I did get an email when the order was placed.

I contacted the help link and e-mailed them twice, but did not receive an e-mail back with the reply. I did get e-mails stating they received my inquiry.

Finally, the package arrived on Saturday out of the blue. I was so glad to have it and it works great. However, they really need to work on customer communication and get the shipping information into the site promptly!"
