"They don’t make notes of their calls with their clients & their purchases. They called me the day after I purchased my item last week to tell me they were shipping it out that day. Last Wednesday I purchased it and it’s been a week and I still don’t have my item. I called and they said they were shipping it today and I still haven’t gotten any tracking information or anything. And I still have to wait another 4-5 days. I understand they were on a holiday, but if they called the day after my purchase then that set my expectations high to receive my item. So it’s going to be almost 2 weeks for me to get my item. If they wouldn’t have called I wouldn’t have had my expectations so high. They didn’t even offer to make up for it. All the guy said was, “idk why they called you. I don’t know. But it’s shipping today.” So frustrating. "
