"Tried calling to ask a question and after roughly 9 mins I never spoke to someone. I could not use the call back option as I'm at work. Used the online "chat now" option after calling and I can only assume was interacting with an automated service. Preset responses didn't clarify what I was asking about. I finally went ahead and put the order in and hope that it is what i'm looking for. Had this been my first experience with Trophy Depot it most likely would have been my last."
