"I am an event coordinator who hosts over 25 major events a year. These events consist of 10-12 games per day where trophies are given as prizes. In the past I have ordered from a different company however last year I received an ad about Trophy Depot, liked what I saw, and thought sure I'll give it a try.

I ordered hundreds dollar worth of trophies for our Halloween event in October, received them and a few were broken. I thought that's okay because I really like the styles they have and sometime things happen in shipping.

In March I thought I would give it another try and see. I ordered on March 13th for a May 11th event. On May 2nd I hadn't received the items so I logged on to the website and via a "chat now" spoke to someone at the company who informed me that the items were in engraving and were scheduled to ship tomorrow (May 3rd). I was happy to know they were on the way.

May 10th comes and nothing, I check the website it states that the items were still in engraving so I contact Trophy Depot and get told that the items were discontinued and that warehouse (or whoever) had call and left a message and emailed me. HOWEVER this was a lie! I never received any type of contact!!!!! If you have ever planned events you know this is an area you cannot slack on or forget about!!! I double checked my email and phone message log and NOTHING!

I will never again use this company! I will revert back to a company that I can actually rely on Crown Awards!!! THAT IS A GREAT COMPANY!

I hate the fact that I even tried something new! Trophy Depot more like Trophy HELL-NO!!!!
