"I wanted to reorder a previous order but they said I had to manually re-enter all the engravings, re- select the medals and trophies ALL AGAIN!. My order had over 120 items! My entire previous order was still visible on their website. I ask them if I could just email them the previous order and they said "NO". They said, "You have to go online and do it all over again". What year is this?? How difficult is it to add a reorder button to the website or to look at my previous order and re-order it manually. Your customer service said, " in a perfect word there would be a re-order button". This is ridiculous! Too bad because I had a good experience with them before. This will be may last order!!!! "

"I started a $1200 order with a 6% code, but had to save it. I needed to confirm with our Board of Directors. The next day the code did not work. I chatted and called customer service asking for the code, but was told basically that was my problem and should have ordered it the day before. I felt the customer service would rude. We are a non profit organization and 1-2% discount makes a difference to us!"
