"The website is very overwhelming with so many features. I realize the staff are not allowed to tell you what size to purchase but this was my first experience buying trophies and had no clue especially the sizing. The first few times I logged on to chat now, I waited and waited. I did this several times on a couple of days. I finally after the third or fourth try finally chatted with someone. Well that was the wrong thing. I lost all the information when I went to another page. I should have just picked up the phone and talked to someone. It was very bad experience trying to troubleshoot through.

Then after calling and actually speaking to someone, he referred me to website on desktop. He was more helpful than the chat now. However, he responded a couple of times on email but I hadn't heard back from him since our last correspondence on 5/17. I finally just jumped on line and ordered what I needed. You have a lot of choices and that is super great but it was so hard trying to find a 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place that were very similar. Hopefully we can do business again with you next year for our Relay for Life and it be a smoother transition.
