"Glad there is a shipping flat rate now, makes a huge difference. During the engraving process, I wanted to delete two dog tags, and choose which ones, but not lose the info already included. It should be a little more obvious how to do this once you're in the 'text' portion of the purchase."

"The wait time is too long when you call the company. I called three times. The live chat person told me I need to speak to a customer service person and to stay on the line. I left a voice message with my number but no callback. I asked for a number with an extension but was not responded to in that request in the live chat. It is very quick turnaround time and good quality pricing and medals but need to work on the phone issues. "
