"Ordered trophies three weeks prior to tournament and were scheduled to arrive the Monday before the Saturday they were needed. They didn't show up and I talked to customer service the Tuesday morning after expected delivery and they said they would get back to me right away. They never did. Called back again on Wednesday same result of system shows ok but the warehouse has not shipped. Finally they shipped but they sent it US postal service for arrival the Monday after the tournament. Customer service said they couldn't pull back the order but told me to not open box and to return to post office. Did this right away and today marks almost 30 days with no refund or update of any sort on my package being refunded. Needless to say I am not impressed with customer service blaming the warehouse and not taking responsibility for their products. I would recommend using other vendor for your awards."
