Website is cumbersome though I think the custom engraving editor is somewhat more user-friendly. Some selection was better for my sport, which is difficult to find both selection and quality, but they were out of stock on several items. Medal inserts were the same kind of cheesy graphics as Crown, maybe worse. Awards companies - Rugby is not the mentality of city league rec basketball or soccer, or cheerleaders or the schoolboy game of the 1800s. Get with it."
