"I ordered my item 6/1/2016. I didn't get an email telling me my order had arrived until 2/2/2017! That is 8 MONTHS AFTER I ORDERED IT! That is absolutely ridiculous! Obviously, I called the store and picked it up about a week after it was supposed to arrive, since I hadn't received an email yet. Oh, and on the same day that I got the email saying the order was at the store, I got an email saying it had been picked up the same day. How funny! Needless to say, I was not very impressed, and probably won't be making any purchases from truevalue.com in the near future."
